Not only did I get to 'meet' Ironhide from Transformers, I also got my shirt signed by my fav artist TobyMac and got to see Toby in concert!! So I was supposed to start housesitting today. Well, the ppl were goin to take a trip to Greece and found out that all flights into Athens are cancelled until futher notice due to that stupid volcano plume that has half of Europe shut down. So they came back home but not before I had started packing. lol I am already all unpacked and am glad that they didnt get on their plane cuz they were supposed to fly into Frankfurt, Germany, but found out that they would have been re-routed mid-air! Ewww. Im disappointed I dont get to make extra money but am sooo glad they were able to save themselves a major nightmare! P.s. this volcano plume has displaced about 7 million ppl! (due to flights being cancelled)

it was raining the day I took this picture. Notice the rainbow in the background. Today, my roomie's grandpa died. I thought that this pic fit my mood to a 't' since I felt like crying (in remembrance of losing my own grandpa back in Dec.) but love the fact that the rainbow is a promise of God's to us. Today I like to think that despite the fact the sky was crying that day, the rainbow promises that we will be able to smile again despite the pain. I love you roomie J.

Hockey History in the Making

Tonite I had center Ice tickets for the Ducks game. Not only did the Ducks play and win a great game, Selanne (#8) scored his 600th career NHL goal!!! I LOVE that I was able to see hockey history in the making. :) The Pond (aka Honda Center) was so loud after his goal that you had to shout if you wanted your neighbor to hear you talk. haha I will def never forget this game against Colorado Avalanche. (in case you were wondering Black and orange are Ducks colors...)
